Role Overview
As a Risk Manager at Foodics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing our risk management framework. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, assess, and mitigate risk exposures while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations. You will implement best practices and methodologies to safeguard our operations against various risks, including operational, credit, financial, reputational, and cybersecurity challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine the company's risk management strategy.
- Establish and enhance the Risk Management framework, including policies and risk appetite parameters.
- Create and implement procedures for managing operational and financial risks effectively.
- Design and deploy risk management methodologies and tools across all company operations.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for new initiatives and strategic projects.
- Monitor risk management activities and develop early warning and key risk indicators.
- Maintain a comprehensive risk register encompassing internal and external risks.
- Create effective reporting mechanisms for operational risk incidents and losses.
- Foster a robust risk management culture through awareness programs and training.
- Ensure alignment of risk transfer techniques, including insurance options, with the company's strategy.
- Engage with departmental heads to continuously improve risk management capabilities.
