Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled RF Test Engineer to become part of our dynamic team. In this practical RF test development role, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary engineering and production teams to support the development of test solutions for a variety of products, from inception through to mass production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your knowledge and experience with RF Test equipment and LabVIEW/TestStand to create and sustain automated test solutions.
- Enhance and maintain testing capabilities, while analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving any technical challenges that arise.
- Provide verified and well-documented solutions in adherence to established technical, scheduling, and budgetary constraints.
- Effectively plan, organize, and manage your time to meet project demands, while communicating progress and potential risks to project teams and leaders.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare both internal and client-facing reports and presentations.
- Engage in the entire solution lifecycle, including requirement reviews, system design, specifications, instrumentation selection, solution development, implementation, data recording, reporting, testing, training, support, documentation, and change management.
Qualifications:
- Relevant Engineering Degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of RF experience.
- Strong hands-on measurement and diagnostic skills using electronic and RF test equipment, particularly at microwave frequencies and above.
- Experience in developing with LabVIEW and TestStand.
- Robust technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be a proactive and self-driven individual capable of effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.
