Your Role
Your main goal will be to exceed the expectations of our stakeholders by effectively implementing Reward processes and programs. You will collaborate closely with the Reward and Recognition Operations lead, while also guiding a global team of three Reward & Recognition partners. This role presents a unique chance to innovate and enhance compensation strategies in a fast-paced environment addressing distinct talent challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Focus: Design and guide our strategy to support business leaders in executing Reward initiatives and programs.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of three Partners, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
- Strategic Frameworks: Develop and manage compensation and recognition structures for the entire Google DeepMind organization.
- Advisory: Provide data-driven insights and support to senior leaders on complex reward issues.
- Optimization: Continuously assess the effectiveness of compensation programs, innovating to enhance the return on our total rewards investment.
- Strategy: Champion a competitive compensation strategy, particularly within high-demand sectors like AI.
