About SafeLease
At SafeLease, we are transforming the landscape of property and casualty (P&C) insurance in response to rapid technological advancements. We recognize that the most significant inefficiencies in the industry stem from structural challenges rather than technical ones, and we are assembling a talented team to address these issues head-on.
As a profitable insurance enterprise, SafeLease specializes in designing, underwriting, and distributing specialized coverage for commercial property owners and their tenants. Unlike traditional insurance companies that either distribute products or assume risks, we excel at both. By backing our policies with our own capital, we maintain control over the entire process—from product design to technology deployment and operational agility. This comprehensive ownership allows us to provide our clients with unparalleled flexibility, saving time and resources for over 4,000 properties insured for billions of dollars across the nation.
With a team of 70 and an impressive growth rate exceeding 100% annually, we have achieved this success without compromising profitability or our corporate culture. In our dynamic environment, you will enjoy significant autonomy and the opportunity to tackle a wide array of challenges. We embrace cutting-edge technologies, work collaboratively, and operate with the drive of a small company where each individual’s contributions are highly visible. If you are seeking a place to refine your skills alongside dedicated professionals who take pride in their work, you will thrive here.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Systems Developer/Architect to architect and implement the technical framework and scalable solutions for our go-to-market systems, with Salesforce as the centerpiece. This role bridges the gap between Revenue Operations strategy, enterprise-level Salesforce architecture, and innovative AI capabilities.
Your responsibilities will include designing, evolving, and governing a complex Salesforce organization that accommodates intricate account hierarchies, multi-product sales processes, and an expanding go-to-market technology stack—while actively minimizing technical debt and empowering revenue teams to operate more efficiently and effectively.
This is a hands-on architecture role. While your primary focus will be on system design and scalability, you should be willing to engage in key RevOps initiatives—creating reports, assisting with commissions, troubleshooting data issues, and providing day-to-day support for internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
Own, design, and construct the comprehensive Salesforce architecture encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated go-to-market systems.
Develop scalable data models that support complex account structures, multi-entity clients, and multi-product sales opportunities.
