We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Lead to spearhead the next stage of Parafin's growth. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this pivotal role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, working closely with our go-to-market, operations, product, and finance teams. You will design and implement systems, processes, and insights that will enable us to scale efficiently and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
As our first dedicated Revenue Operations hire, you will lay the groundwork for measuring performance, operationalizing revenue goals, and optimizing our go-to-market engine. Your responsibilities will range from constructing financial models and forecasts to establishing dashboards and enhancing our Salesforce environment, directly influencing our growth trajectory.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic insight, analytical prowess, and hands-on execution. You thrive amidst uncertainty, eagerly tackle complex challenges, and have experience across sales, marketing, product, and finance. This high-impact role offers visibility across the organization and provides the opportunity to shape how Parafin scales its revenue operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Revenue Strategy & Planning:
Collaborate with go-to-market teams to establish and operationalize quarterly and annual revenue goals, including developing top-line financial models and forecasts.
Define Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and lead territory planning initiatives.
