With thousands of bare-metal machines spread across various regions, we manage extensive resources, including over 30,000 concurrent vCPUs and a petabyte-scale Ceph cluster.
Having raised $13.5 million in funding from top investors, including Google Ventures, we are purposefully building a small yet exceptional team focused on innovation.
Our founding team boasts extensive experience in systems and scaling, having previously developed infrastructure for search and ads at Faire and operated large distributed systems at Cockroach Labs. Our go-to-market strategy is spearheaded by Jon Boyer, former Head of Sales at Zapier.

Your Role
Establish a Strong Operational Backbone for Our Growing GTM Team
Oversee and manage our core go-to-market systems including Salesforce, sales engagement, marketing automation, and business intelligence tools.
Translate GTM requirements into scalable workflows, automations, and processes across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
Continuously maintain and optimize lead routing, account assignment, opportunity stages, and forecasting frameworks.
Deliver Analytics and Insights for GTM Leadership
Create dashboards and analytics to highlight insights on pipeline health, funnel conversion rates, representative productivity, bookings, and forecast accuracy.
Identify areas of underperformance and whitespace opportunities across segments, providing actionable recommendations.
Prepare GTM reporting for leadership, investors, and the Board.
Collaborate Closely with the Sales Team
Assist in forecasting cadences, quarterly planning, and coverage modeling for distinct market segments.
Support sales initiatives and drive successful outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
