As the Revenue Operations Lead at Hinge Health, you will take charge of enhancing the visibility and performance of our revenue cycle within a subscription-driven digital health framework. This is an influential individual contributor position where you will architect the KPI framework vital to our financial stability. Your role will ensure precise billing, efficient collections, and proactive risk identification to safeguard our business health. Your Key Achievements
Initial 3 Months: Audit current revenue cycle workflows while establishing trustworthy partnerships with Finance, Billing, and Data teams. Document essential metric definitions and calculation logic to create a unified metric repository for the organization.
Initial 6 Months: Roll out a comprehensive RCM KPI framework and recurring dashboards that deliver clear performance insights to leadership segmented by payer, product, and line of business. Initiate structured root-cause analyses to identify and address anomalies proactively.
Initial 12 Months: Achieve tangible improvements in critical financial metrics such as reduced time-to-cash, enhanced clean claim rates, and decreased denial rates linked to your analyses. Act as a subject matter expert, influencing product and tooling roadmaps to enable thorough measurement and efficient collections.
