YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Intern to join our Global Revenue Strategy team right here in São Paulo!
This internship is a vital part of the Global Revenue Strategy team, which focuses on developing Client Success initiatives and fostering a client-centric culture across various regions. You will be instrumental in designing and refining projects and processes that empower our Client Success teams to provide outstanding client experiences from the very start. This role presents a unique chance to enhance operational excellence by optimizing procedures, identifying areas for enhancement, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement impactful solutions. Join us in establishing a robust, intelligent, and scalable foundation for client success strategies across our global organization.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS
- Project Support & Organization: Assist in executing onboarding and nurturing initiatives within the Client Success Strategy team by organizing tasks, tracking timelines, updating materials, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Your role will help translate ideas into well-structured execution plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and engage with stakeholders from Client Success, Wellbeing Engagement, Value Management, and other departments to facilitate ongoing initiatives. You will gather insights, document discussions, and observe how global teams work together.
- Data & Insights Support: Aid in the collection, organization, and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data related to onboarding, including feedback, metrics, and surveys. You will support the team in identifying trends and insights.
