Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for meticulously inspecting vehicles upon their return from customers, identifying any damages, and accurately recording these findings within our ERP system. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest quality maintenance of our vehicles and providing a transparent and efficient return process for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Thoroughly inspect vehicles during return to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Identify and document any damages, issues, or missing items related to the vehicle.
- Charge for damages based on their severity and apply the correct fees in accordance with company procedures.
- Log inspection results and charges in the company ERP system.
- Professionally communicate identified damages and potential charges to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure swift vehicle preparation.
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics for damage assessment.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to independently organize work tasks.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or similar databases.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and evolving environment.
