This role is available to candidates in select states including AZ, FL, GA, ID, KS, LA, MI, MN, NC, NE, TX, UT, VA, MO, OK.
The hourly wage for this position is $23.55, translating to an annual salary of approximately $49,000.

Role Overview
As a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist at Guidant Financial, you will embark on a learning journey covering the administration, testing, and reporting processes for 401(k) plans. Through comprehensive training and practical experience, you will transition from document review to administering basic plans. Your responsibilities will include reviewing client-submitted documents, proactively updating clients on progress, and assisting them in understanding essential year-end reporting documents needed for government filings, including the annual 5500 return.
