The compensation for this role is $23.55 per hour, equating to an annual salary of approximately $49,000.

Role Overview
As a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist at Guidant Financial, you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey to master the intricacies of administering, testing, and reporting on 401(k) plans. Through accelerated learning, detailed training, and hands-on experience, you will advance from document review to managing basic plans. Your responsibilities will include reviewing client-submitted documents, providing proactive updates, and helping clients understand the year-end reporting documents essential for government filings, including the annual 5500 return.
