Your compensation will be $23.55 per hour, translating to an annual salary of approximately $49,000.

Role Overview
As a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist, you will embark on an enriching journey to learn about the comprehensive administration, testing, and reporting of 401(k) plans. Through accelerated learning, extensive training, and hands-on experience, you will evolve from reviewing documents to managing basic plan administration. Your responsibilities will include reviewing client submissions, providing proactive updates, and assisting clients with understanding the essential year-end reporting documents for government filings, including the annual Form 5500.
