Role Overview
As a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist at Guidant Financial, you will embark on a comprehensive journey to learn the intricacies of administering, testing, and reporting on 401(k) plans. Through accelerated learning, extensive training, and hands-on experience, you will progress from document review to managing basic plans. You will review documents submitted by clients, keep them informed about progress, and assist them in understanding the year-end reporting documents required for government filings, including the annual 5500 return.
