Location: Northeast
Work Structure: On-site (must be able to work from Stamford, CT or Wakefield, MA offices)
Travel Requirements: 50% regional travel

What You’ll Do:
- Assortment & Product Strategy
- Curate localized assortments that blend innovation with tried-and-true favorites.
- Manage SKU decisions—additions, deletions, substitutions—with accuracy and strategic alignment.
- Create compelling category sets that engage customers and support financial objectives.
- Field, Competitor & Cultivation Engagement
- Regularly visit stores to evaluate merchandising execution and customer feedback.
- Conduct competitor analyses to gather insights on pricing, promotions, and presentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external cultivation facilities to ensure product quality and availability.
- Pricing & Promotions
- Ensure pricing strategies align with market trends and company objectives.
