Role Overview
As the Retail LMS Manager, you will take charge of the Retail Learning Management System to facilitate impactful training initiatives, maximize user engagement, and enhance store performance across our retail teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of the Retail LMS, including daily operations, access management, and vendor coordination.
• Develop, maintain, and govern comprehensive retail learning content and learning paths.
• Assist in onboarding processes, continuous training, and the professional development of store managers.
• Monitor and report on course completion rates, learner engagement metrics, and assessment outcomes.
• Collaborate with Retail, Training, and HR teams to ensure alignment of learning with business objectives.
• Foster LMS adoption, uphold quality standards, and drive ongoing improvements.

• Enhances visibility into training completion and identifies performance gaps.
• Minimizes manual follow-up for trainers and managers, streamlining processes.

Success Metrics / KPIs
• Course Completion Rate: Percentage of assigned courses completed on schedule (quarterly).
• Learner Engagement: Active users, log-ins, course participation, and drop-off rates.
• Quarterly Course Feedback Survey: Average satisfaction score and actionable improvement steps based on feedback.
• Content Quality & Relevance: Percentage of courses reviewed and updated quarterly, alongside a reduction in outdated or redundant content.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in Retail Operations and Training.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and tracking retail training progress.
- Expertise in developing training programs for boutique leaders.
- Familiarity with Retail KPIs is advantageous.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
