- Take charge of the sales floor and the sales team, ensuring the customer experience remains a top priority.
- Prepare fitting rooms, assist customers with finding sizes, and provide honest, informed feedback on merchandise style and fit.
- Develop lasting relationships with customers by discussing product details, informing them about new arrivals and restocks, and inviting them to upcoming events.
- Stay updated on current trends and best-selling items, sharing insights with both customers and the team.
Drive Business Success
- Lead daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets in a collaborative commission-based environment.
- Enhance your product knowledge within the activewear and broader fashion landscape to serve customers effectively.
- Guide the team in completing projects, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Communicate inventory requirements to support business objectives.
Exemplify Leadership
- Assist the Store Inventory Lead with product shipments and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the Retail Store Manager on daily operations, sales strategy, community engagement, and team management to maintain smooth business operations.
- Oversee daily store maintenance activities, including product restocking, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
- Exercise utmost responsibility and adherence to safety protocols during store openings and closings.
- Encourage team members to consistently strive for excellence, punctuality, and accountability.
Operational Excellence
- Conduct weekly manual restocks and report to inventory management.
- Perform weekly cycle counts and assist with processing shipments.
- Ensure that store supplies are adequately stocked and communicate needs monthly.
- Handle online returns and defective products as necessary, shipping them to the warehouse.
- Maintain daily restock and destock activities efficiently.
- Help keep the backroom organized and tidy.
- Manage Aloha displays, refreshing and restocking them weekly.
