This position offers a commission structure in addition to a base hourly pay. Successful candidates can expect to earn $16 per hour plus up to $1,200 weekly in commissions. Base pay varies based on factors including experience, education, location, and certifications. Your recruiter will provide detailed information about the compensation package during the hiring process.

Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others
- Motivated to expand the Renewal by Andersen presence
- Reliable and dedicated team player
- Availability for a minimum of 18 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
