Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
The Restaurant Zone Manager plays a crucial role in assisting the Restaurant Leader with daily restaurant operations while ensuring adherence to Raising Cane’s standards and culture across one designated restaurant zone.
This position requires a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, including extended physical activity such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending, as well as direct interaction with customers. The role encompasses both indoor and outdoor tasks in varying temperatures, working with food products and allergens, using industrial equipment, and handling commercial cleaning supplies, all while wearing necessary personal protective equipment.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Lead operational excellence in your assigned zone during shifts to uphold Raising Cane’s standards.
- Implement and enforce company policies and safety standards.
- Utilize necessary tools and logs to monitor performance and implement corrective measures as required.
- Supervise and guide crew members during shifts.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest experiences.
- Facilitate the reward and recognition initiatives for restaurant crew members.
- Authorize managerial functions such as discounts and promotions.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure the facility is functioning optimally.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
