About Domes Zeen Chania
We are excited to announce an opening for a Restaurant Supervisor at our luxurious Domes Zeen Chania, Luxury Collection Resort, offering the ultimate luxury experience in the beautiful setting of Chania, Crete, for the 2026 season.
The Role:
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Restaurant Manager or Operations Manager in managing daily operations. You will ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, upholding exceptional standards of service and food quality while fostering a positive guest experience. This position requires strong management and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of hospitality and customer service, to lead the restaurant team and ensure seamless service, especially during peak times.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction and Satisfaction
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they are seated according to their preferences or special requirements.
- Maintain a visible presence on the restaurant floor to ensure efficient service and promptly address any guest concerns.
- Inform guests about menu options, daily specials, and promotions while encouraging upselling when appropriate.
Operational Management
Lead the restaurant team to ensure service runs efficiently, manage reservations, and optimize the dining experience for all guests.
