Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Restaurant Leader with the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that Raising Cane's standards and culture are maintained throughout your shifts.
This position involves working in a dynamic kitchen environment, which requires physical stamina for activities such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending, alongside engaging with our valued customers. You will also work in various temperature conditions and handle food products and cleaning materials that necessitate the use of personal protective equipment.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:

- Ensure that all operational areas adhere to Raising Cane’s standards during shifts
- Act as the manager on duty, responsible for opening and closing procedures
- Oversee cash handling processes and maintain accountability
- Core Responsibilities:
- Enforce policies and standards set by Raising Cane’s
- Manage shifts effectively while adhering to operational and safety protocols
- Utilize necessary tools and documentation to support shift execution and address issues as they arise
- Lead and direct crewmembers during shifts
- Deliver outstanding customer service experiences
- Implement the reward and recognition program for team members
- Authorize employee-related functions requiring managerial approval (e.g., discounts, promotions, time clock adjustments)
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of the restaurant
- Perform additional duties as assigned
