Key Responsibilities
Customer Satisfaction & Product Quality
- Ensure swift, accurate service and maintain positive guest interactions, adhering to high-quality standards.
- Act as a role model for resolving customer challenges and train managers and crew to elevate service standards.
- Monitor and resolve sources of customer complaints.
- Guarantee compliance with food safety standards.
Financial Management
- Create and implement the annual operating plan for the restaurant.
- Continuously analyze sales, labor, inventory, and costs, taking corrective actions to enhance margins and sales growth.
- Mentor team members on financial performance and profitability strategies.
- Collaborate with vendors and manage store capital expenditures.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure all facilities and equipment meet company standards.
- Oversee daily inventory management, food preparation, and order fulfillment to comply with company guidelines.
- Establish and track service speed targets, addressing any operational bottlenecks.
- Manage the development and adjustment of weekly management and crew schedules.
Human Resources Management
- Lead all HR activities at the restaurant level, including:
- Accountability for crew hiring decisions.
