About the Role
The Responsible Gaming Support Analyst will play a vital role in implementing, monitoring, and enhancing Responsible Gaming (RG) processes, focusing on ensuring customer safety, regulatory compliance, and alignment with Betano’s RG standards.
This position encompasses both operational and analytical responsibilities, including reviewing RG-related cases, monitoring customer behavior signals, supporting escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Customer Support, Compliance, Risk, Product, and external vendors. The analyst will be instrumental in identifying potential gambling harm risks and ensuring that timely, consistent, and appropriate actions are taken.
