- Guide and develop the Reservations team to achieve service excellence and meet revenue goals while cultivating a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
- Collaborate with senior management on occupancy forecasting, monthly objectives, and revenue strategies to stimulate business growth.
- Professionally handle incoming reservation inquiries, identifying and leveraging upsell opportunities to boost revenue.
- Monitor and refine room availability, rate structures, and inventory across Property Management Systems (PMS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and online booking platforms.
- Facilitate regular yield management meetings and collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to align organizational objectives.
- Manage group bookings, special allocations, and promotional inventory while ensuring meticulous accuracy.
- Maintain high accuracy in all reservation data, communications, and reporting for operational integrity.
- Analyze booking trends, occupancy patterns, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Implement effective processes and innovative solutions to improve team productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our core values and commitment to service excellence internally and externally.
