Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage incoming reservation calls and emails, providing outstanding customer service while accurately entering guest information into the reservation system.
- Respond to inquiries about room availability, rates, amenities, and current promotions.
- Assist guests in modifying or canceling existing reservations as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest requests and special arrangements are communicated and executed effectively.
- Process payment transactions while ensuring accuracy in billing and financial documentation.
