Daily Practice Overview:
Conducting 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions.
Working with lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and more).
Standard session durations (60-minute intakes and follow-ups).
Maintaining a consistent outpatient caseload with clearly defined and transparent goals.
No responsibilities related to inpatient care, IOP/PHP, or crisis calls.
Access to an in-house referral network for psychiatrist consultations.
Comprehensive operational support covering scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
Autonomy and Flexibility:
Independent decision-making in treatment approaches.
Input into your scheduling and weekly availability within operational guidelines.
Utilizing an evidence-based clinical approach.
Care expectations shaped by practicing clinicians, promoting professional judgment and shared accountability for quality.
You work independently, with accessible clinical leadership for consultation and support, enabling you to concentrate on patient care. This model is best suited for clinicians who prioritize delivering high-quality, evidence-driven care.
Qualifications:
Independently licensed therapist in New Hampshire.
