Join our team as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a fully remote capacity! Candidates must hold a valid state license in California, or be willing to obtain it.
Compensation:
This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly position. Compensation varies based on the number of hours you wish to work, with our clinical rates ranging from $44 to $56 per hour. This rate compensates for both direct client care and necessary documentation.
Clinicians who are available during peak demand hours, specifically weekday evenings post 5 PM and/or weekend daytime slots, are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $150 for each eligible hour worked, paid in two installments at 3 and 6 months of employment. The total bonus amount will vary based on your availability.
Availability Requirements:
Speech-Language Pathologists can create a schedule that suits their personal needs, but must ensure availability post 3:30 PM on weekdays and/or during weekends. A minimum of 7 hours of availability per week is required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric audience.
• Diagnose and formulate care plans utilizing Expressable’s tailored technology platform and clinical tools.
• Deliver care that emphasizes measurable outcomes, caregiver education, and active engagement.
• Accurately complete all documentation in a timely manner aligning with quality standards.
• Actively engage in required training, communications, and compliance activities.
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to maintain continuity of care.
