Join our team as a fully remote Speech-Language Pathologist! We are seeking professionals who hold a state license in California or are willing to obtain one.
Compensation:
This W2 hourly position is non-exempt, with clinical rates ranging from $44 to $56 per hour, depending on the number of hours you choose to work. This rate covers both direct patient care and necessary documentation.
Clinicians who commit to high-demand hours (weekday evenings after 5 PM and weekend daytime hours) may qualify for a sign-on bonus of $150 for each eligible hour worked, distributed in two payments at 3 and 6 months of employment.
Availability:
You will have the flexibility to create a schedule that works for you, but you must be available after 3:30 PM on weekdays and/or on weekends, with a minimum of 7 hours of availability each week.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
• Diagnose and create individualized care plans utilizing Expressable’s innovative technology platform and clinical resources.
• Focus on measurable outcomes while educating and engaging caregivers.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in line with quality standards.
• Actively participate in required training and compliance tasks.
• Provide coverage for colleagues during PTO and sick leave to maintain the continuity of care.
