This role is initially part-time (20–30 hours per week, Monday–Friday), with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $25.

ROLE SUMMARY
As a Client Success Representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact for real estate agents interested in commission advances. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through the application and onboarding process, ensuring accurate documentation submission, and preparing files for review and approval.
This position emphasizes pre-approval support—assisting agents in understanding requirements, completing applications accurately, and ensuring all information is ready for decision-making. You will also follow up with agents who have initiated but not completed an application, answering their questions and maintaining prompt, friendly communication throughout their journey.
This role is fast-paced and communication-focused, requiring exceptional organizational skills, responsiveness, and excellent customer service capabilities.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Engage prospective clients via phone, text, email, and chat
• Assist agents through the application and documentation process
• Review submitted documents for completeness and accuracy
• Identify and resolve early blockers (missing forms, unclear dates, inconsistent information)
• Follow up with agents who have not completed their applications
• Prepare clean and accurate files for approval review
• Ensure high response speed and deliver an exceptional client experience
• Educate clients on next steps, documentation requirements, and timelines
• Maintain Salesforce with client details, document status, and application progress
• Collaborate internally with operations as files progress to approval
• Monitor application progress and ensure timely decision-making
