Your daily responsibilities will include:
Practicing 100% remote outpatient psychiatry.
Working with lower to moderate acuity conditions (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD).
Caring for a diverse patient population across various age groups: children & adolescents (treated exclusively by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists), adults, and seniors.
Conducting standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups).
Excluding inpatient care, intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization, or crisis intervention.
Accessing an in-house referral network for therapy services.
Receiving full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

Determine your schedule and weekly availability.
Manage session lengths within established clinical guidelines.
Select your patient population based on personal criteria and preferences.
Make clinical decisions without pressure to reduce visit times or increase patient volume.
