The Role
As a Health Coach (HCPC-registered Dietitian or AfN-registered Nutritionist), you will play a crucial role in our NHS Specialist Weight Management Service (SWMS). This service assists adults living with obesity and related conditions in making significant and sustainable lifestyle adjustments. Our approach combines in-person group sessions, remote digital coaching, and access to GLP-1 medication for qualified service users.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), fully remote position for a fixed term of 12 months, with potential for extension based on the service's needs. Flexibility is essential to accommodate some evening and Saturday appointments.
