Key Responsibilities
Inbound Call Handling & Lead Conversion
- Respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Deliver comprehensive information about Chem-Dry’s cleaning services.
- Effectively convert inquiries into scheduled service appointments.
Accurate Quoting & Service Upselling
- Provide precise service quotes tailored to customer needs.
- Propose additional services when suitable.
- Help customers appreciate the value of Chem-Dry’s cleaning solutions.
Scheduling & Calendar Management
- Organize service appointments and maintain the company calendar.
- Coordinate appointment availability with technicians.
- Ensure all scheduling information is current and accurate.
Customer Issue Resolution & Support
- Address customer questions, concerns, or service requests promptly.
- Provide effective solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Escalate issues as needed.
Post-Service Follow-Up & Loyalty Building
- Follow up with customers after services are completed to ensure satisfaction.
- Encourage repeat business through positive relationship management.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
