Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be instrumental in addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role involves correcting errors, coordinating with process servers, expediting orders, and providing updates and information. Collaboration with various teams is essential to complete all tasks associated with customer orders. This dynamic role demands excellent diplomatic skills, quick thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer support tickets, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to existing orders.
- Handle a high volume of phone calls to assist customers with current orders and guide new customers in placing orders online.
- Respond to emails and address customer queries, including inquiries from internal departments regarding orders or payments.
- Document issues and resolutions in Confluence.
- Occasionally visit court dockets for case filing information and retrieve filed documents.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
