Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include correcting errors, following up with process servers, expediting orders, and providing vital updates. Collaborating with various teams, you will ensure that all necessary tasks related to customer orders are completed efficiently. This dynamic, customer-centered position requires diplomacy, quick thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This position is remote, but applicants must reside in North Dakota.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer support tickets, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to existing orders.
- Handle high-volume phone calls to assist customers with current orders and guide new customers on placing orders online.
- Respond to emails and address concerns from customers, internal departments regarding orders or payments, and process servers in the field.
- Document issues and resolutions in Confluence.
- Occasionally review court dockets for case filing information and retrieve filed documents as necessary.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
