We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Agent to become a vital part of our expanding team! In this role, you will assist our valued customers in making modifications to their insurance policies with over 55 of Jerry's insurance carrier partners. Your responsibilities will include processing service requests and addressing inquiries about policy details, all while delivering exceptional support with enthusiasm and care. Your Impact:
Respond promptly to inbound calls from existing customers
Process service requests such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, sending policy documents, etc.
Assist customers with questions regarding their existing insurance policies, including coverages and policy benefits or making necessary changes
Work diligently to retain Jerry policyholders by proactively identifying solutions for customers at risk of cancellation, thus making a significant difference in their lives!
Who You Are:
You excel at multitasking and prioritizing competing demands
You have a genuine passion for helping others
You possess 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly wage: $19.00 - $21.00
We cover the cost for your P&C license (expected within 60 days after starting)
