Join our award-winning Conveyancing Practice as a Full-time Conveyancing Paralegal!
This is a remote role, ideally suited for candidates based in Enoggera or the South East QLD area.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Possesses a minimum of 2 years of conveyancing experience in Queensland.
- Is an adept Conveyancing Paralegal, capable of independently managing 30-35 residential conveyancing files from start to finish each month, with administrative support.
- Is preferably qualified or registered as a Justice of the Peace (JP) or a Commissioner for Declarations (Cdec) in Queensland (not mandatory).
- Demonstrates a strong desire to complete task-based work autonomously while seeking assistance when necessary.
- Exhibits exceptional organizational skills to manage daily tasks, emails, and key deadlines efficiently.
- Presents a personable demeanor, fostering sustainable referral relationships with other industry professionals.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively in a professional context.
- Meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) diligently.
