About the job
At Prosper Health, we are dedicated to enhancing the happiness and wellness of autistic and neurodivergent adults.
In the last 25 years, autism diagnoses have surged by over 500%, yet autistic adults remain largely underserved. This neglect has resulted in alarming statistics, including high rates of concurrent mental health challenges and reduced life expectancy. Prosper is committed to reversing this trend.
We provide tailored mental health services for autistic adults, all covered by insurance. Our efforts have enabled tens of thousands to receive their first autism diagnosis, connect with neurodivergent-affirming therapists, and find a sense of belonging within our community. Our results significantly surpass those of traditional care models, showing notable improvements in mood, anxiety, and overall quality of life.
As a rapidly expanding organization—growing threefold annually with mid-double-digit millions in revenue and a client base of thousands, supported by over 400 clinicians—we're a mission-driven team passionate about creating something unprecedented for autistic and neurodivergent individuals.
