Your Role
As a valued member of Offshore Launch, you will take on a critical role within a client’s organization. We prioritize long-term partnerships and seek to recruit talent that will contribute to a client's success for years to come.
You will work full-time with the client company, while Offshore Launch offers continuous support to ensure your success. This includes:
- Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace for communication and collaboration.
- Bi-weekly team meetings to foster connection and alignment.
- Monthly performance reviews to encourage feedback and development.

About the Client
The client specializes in delivering expert accounting services tailored specifically for senior care business owners. Their offerings range from payroll and bookkeeping to compliance and financial planning. We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team and support our growing workload.
Responsibilities
- Accurately categorize and post transactions in QuickBooks Online across multiple client accounts.
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare financial statements, including Profit & Loss reports and Balance Sheets for internal review.
- Record journal entries and maintain the accuracy of the general ledger.
- Examine financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve inconsistencies.
- Adhere to bookkeeping deadlines and ensure books are completed within required reporting timelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leverage bookkeeping task management systems to clarify transactions as needed.
- Support back-office bookkeeping functions while adhering to company standards and workflow.
