Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding & Administration: Manage the entire client onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected, processed, and securely stored.
- Prepare client engagement documents, including letters and onboarding forms.
- Assist with the renewal of engagement letters in compliance with regulatory changes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Workflow & Job Management: Monitor jobs and workflows, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines and meet service level expectations.
- Collaborate with accountants and senior team members to track workflows and prepare compliance documentation.
- Support professional client communication with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
