ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Juul Labs is looking for a Regulatory Specialist to assist in preparing and coordinating U.S. federal postmarket submissions and ensuring compliance with marketing regulations. As a vital member of the U.S. Regulatory Affairs Team, you will engage collaboratively with Marketing, Brand, Commercial, Regulatory Science, and Legal teams to organize and execute the submission of necessary U.S. federal regulatory filings, including marketing and commercial materials, product listings, and postmarket reporting.
The ideal candidate will be an independent collaborator who thrives in a dynamic environment and adeptly manages complex projects.
- Oversee the comprehensive preparation, review, and timely submission of postmarket reporting filings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Brand, Commercial, Regulatory Science, Legal, etc.) to ensure compliance with federal regulatory obligations.
- Manage intricate regulatory timelines, ensuring all stakeholders adhere to deadlines for federal submissions.
- Evaluate and identify potential regulatory risks associated with advertising, promotion, labeling, and operations, working closely with Regulatory Leadership to mitigate these risks.
- Keep abreast of evolving regulatory requirements and sales and distribution restrictions related to tobacco product marketing and advertising in the U.S.
- Perform related duties as assigned within your professional scope.
