***This position is dependent on contract award and will require onsite presence in either the southeastern, southwestern, or central United States. Travel may be necessary.***
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing services at the level of a Registered Nurse, ensuring the health and safety of employees and client personnel.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of urgent or emergent health needs, analyze data, and collaborate with medical team members to develop feasible care plans tailored to the individual's capabilities and job requirements.
Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries in accordance with established protocols and within the scope of licensure and regulations.
Ensure compliance with all privacy laws and regulations.
Respond to inquiries of varying complexity, utilizing knowledge of established policies for information safeguarding (HIPAA, PHI, PII), while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Employ research and cognitive reasoning to complete tasks, fact-checking information to ensure applicability and data integrity.
Effectively manage multiple assignments while maintaining a sense of urgency and thoroughness based on program needs.
Uphold professionalism and ethical standards, ensuring discretion, confidentiality, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
Document and maintain patient information following standard protocols and the Privacy Act.
