Join our passionate team at Centria Autism as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and play a vital role in transforming the lives of children with autism. This position offers you the opportunity to work one-on-one with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Utilizing evidence-based practices, you will help children enhance their communication, social, and daily living skills while effectively managing challenging behaviors. Your compassion and dedication will be instrumental in helping these children achieve their fullest potential.
We seek individuals who are patient, empathetic, and thrive in a collaborative team setting. Comprehensive training will be provided, empowering you to make a positive impact, even if you are new to this field. This role requires physical stamina as you may need to stand, walk, sit, grasp, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, lift, and occasionally carry items or children weighing up to 50 pounds.
