About the job
We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). In this fulfilling role, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of children with autism.
As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one support to children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will involve utilizing evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social interactions, and daily living skills, all while minimizing challenging behaviors.
We are looking for candidates who are truly devoted to helping children with autism achieve their fullest potential. Ideal applicants will be patient, compassionate, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Comprehensive training will be provided, empowering you to effectively assist each child, regardless of prior experience. As children can be unpredictable and at times confrontational, resilience and physical capability are essential; you will need to be comfortable engaging in various physical activities including standing, walking, sitting, bending, and potentially lifting or carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
At the end of each day, you will leave knowing you have made a significant difference in a child's life and their family's journey. Join us to become part of a committed team that is transforming lives for the better. Apply today to embark on your rewarding journey as a Behavior Technician!
