In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, implementing customized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Given the nature of the role, physical fitness is important, as children may require assistance with movement and activities, necessitating the ability to stand, walk, sit, grasp, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, lift, and occasionally carry items or children weighing up to 50 pounds.
