In this fulfilling role, you'll work one-on-one with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your responsibilities will include applying evidence-based techniques to foster communication, social skills, and daily living skills, while also minimizing disruptive behaviors. We are seeking candidates who are not only enthusiastic and compassionate but also resilient and adaptable in the face of the unpredictable nature of working with children.
We offer comprehensive training to equip you with the skills necessary to make a significant impact in each child's life, even if you don't have prior experience. This role requires physical stamina as you will be engaged in various activities, including standing, walking, kneeling, and occasionally lifting or carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
