Centria Autism is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. In this fulfilling role, you will have the chance to positively impact the lives of children with autism by providing individualized support and implementing behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your responsibilities will include working one-on-one with children, utilizing evidence-based techniques to enhance their communication, social, and daily living skills, while also mitigating challenging behaviors. We are looking for candidates who are not only enthusiastic about helping children reach their fullest potential but also possess the patience and compassion necessary for this important work.
While prior experience is not required, we offer comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role. It is essential that you are comfortable with physical activities, as the job may involve standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and occasionally carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
