In this meaningful role, you will work directly with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the mentorship of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will employ evidence-based methodologies to foster communication, social interaction, and daily living skills, while also addressing and minimizing challenging behaviors.
We are seeking dedicated individuals who possess a genuine passion for empowering children with autism to achieve their fullest potential. Ideal candidates will demonstrate patience, compassion, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills to support each child effectively, regardless of prior experience. This role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, and lifting/carrying weights of up to 50 pounds, as children can be unpredictable and may require assistance.
