About This Role
As the Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales, you will spearhead a dynamic sales team focused on collaborating with CIOs and business leaders. You will lead a team of six enterprise account executives dedicated to acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and renewing contracts. Your remit includes achieving revenue goals, engaging in field activities, refining existing processes, and enhancing WRITER's approach to enterprise clients. A crucial aspect of this role is to provide mentorship, coaching, and support to your team to facilitate both individual and collective success.
Your enthusiasm, curiosity, competitive spirit, and ability to cultivate champions among early adopters in the AI writing sector will significantly influence our company’s culture. If you possess a builder’s mindset, this position is tailored for you. As a senior leader, you will report to our EMEA Vice President of Sales.
Responsibilities
Achieve challenging yet attainable sales targets to further advance WRITER's success with enterprise clients.
Develop and refine sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, proof of concept (POC) oversight, and forecasting to ensure consistent and predictable outcomes.
Recruit and nurture top-tier sales talent reflective of our connect/challenge/own values, identifying high-potential individuals to propel our growth.
