As a Regional Sales Manager at GolfNow, you will establish yourself as a knowledgeable authority on the local golf economy. With a deep understanding of golf courses, industry influencers, competitors, and market dynamics, you will collaborate with local and regional sales teams to enhance key performance indicators such as revenue growth, market penetration, tee time usage, and golfer engagement.
Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell the comprehensive range of GolfNow products and services, including tee time distribution, golf course technological solutions, and marketing support. You will build and nurture relationships with existing accounts and potential clients, identifying opportunities for growth and executing strategic initiatives that propel both client success and GolfNow's market presence. This position reports directly to the Regional Director of Sales for the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, consult, and secure new partnerships with golf courses and resorts for GolfNow’s complete product suite.
- Oversee and track all phases of the sales pipeline, ensuring collaboration with account managers to advance opportunities.
- Enhance existing client relationships by suggesting additional products and services to optimize their operations.
- Work closely with course operators to devise and implement strategic plans that maximize operational efficiency and tee time usage.
- Encourage the adoption and effective utilization of GolfNow’s core technological offerings and services.
- Implement significant regional and strategic sales initiatives in collaboration with your team.
