Your Role:
As a Regional Sales Manager at Weights & Biases, part of CoreWeave, you will lead a dynamic team of account executives dedicated to acquiring new business in the EMEA region. Your role will involve developing and executing a strategic sales plan that aligns with both company and regional objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure customer success and drive overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide a team of business account executives across diverse geographies and industry sectors.
- Identify target accounts that match Weights & Biases’ ideal client profiles throughout the region.
- Work closely with Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to create a cohesive approach to delivering customer outcomes and achieving business results.
