Position Overview: As the Regional Sales Manager, your key responsibility will be to inspire, train, and guide the regional sales team to achieve outstanding results. This includes generating new leads and exploring innovative avenues to promote all of Arrow Exterminators' services. Your strong leadership skills will enable you to effectively coach and engage with all levels of the sales team and management. You will also play a vital role in supporting Home Evaluators and Service Professionals in securing new business and meeting sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. The impact of this position on the company's revenue growth is significant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze regional sales budgets and drive the team to exceed sales quotas.
- Provide insightful training and direction to optimize sales performance based on industry expertise.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Arrow's Sales and Commission Guidelines, effectively communicating these to the sales team.
- Assist, mentor, and assess Home Evaluators and Service Professionals on sales techniques, documentation, and metrics.
- Collaborate with the RVP and SCMs to recruit skilled sales personnel for the region's Service Centers.
- Organize and lead sales meetings and conference calls to stimulate and boost sales efforts.
- Report findings to management, documenting results and recommendations from field training evaluations.
- Generate and distribute comprehensive sales reports on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Foster and develop relationships with new and existing customer accounts, working alongside Regional CCDs and ISSs to generate leads.
- Formulate strategic sales plans incorporating competitive analysis and market share insights.
